In one paragraph

CueFrame does not run an account system or store your scripts and videos on our servers. To delete local CueFrame content, delete it inside the app or remove the app from your iPhone. Videos already saved to Photos, Files, or other apps must be deleted from those apps separately.

The short version.

Most CueFrame data lives on your device: scripts, app settings, temporary processing files, selected photo backgrounds, and recordings before they are saved or discarded. We do not provide a cloud account dashboard because there is no CueFrame account to close.

If you want a clean slate, delete scripts inside CueFrame, delete any exported videos from Photos or Files, then uninstall the app. If you have emailed support, you can ask us to delete that support conversation.

Delete app data.

You can remove CueFrame data in these ways:

  • Delete individual scripts from the CueFrame home screen.
  • Delete recordings or exported videos from the Photos app.
  • Delete files you exported to Files, Drive, Messages, or other apps.
  • Delete CueFrame from your iPhone to remove local app storage.

Deleting the app removes locally stored scripts, settings, temporary video processing jobs, and processing history. If you enabled any Apple-level backup or sync, Apple may keep a device backup according to your iCloud settings and Apple's policies.

Photos & exports.

CueFrame can save finished videos to your Photos library. Once a video is saved to Photos, it is controlled by Photos, not by CueFrame. To delete it, open Photos, delete the video, then remove it from Recently Deleted if you want it gone immediately.

If a video was shared to another app, uploaded to a social platform, or copied to cloud storage, delete those copies in the destination app or service.

Analytics data.

We may receive aggregate App Store analytics and crash diagnostics from Apple, depending on your iOS privacy settings. These reports are not a script, video, or account database that lets us identify and delete a specific user's local app content.

To reduce future Apple analytics sharing, open iOS Settings, go to Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, and turn off the analytics sharing options you do not want enabled.

Billing data.

App Store purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and receipts are handled by Apple. Manage subscriptions from iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Support requests.

If you contact us by email, we may keep that conversation so we can reply and understand previous issues. You can ask us to delete support emails connected to your email address.

Contact us.

For deletion requests or privacy questions, email cueframe@ddmac.tech. Please describe what you want deleted and where that data lives, such as the app, Photos, or a support email thread.
